What to know
Bourbon & Ash sits on South Sheridan near 61st Street. As the name suggests, the bar leans toward brown spirits, with small-batch bourbons, single-malt scotches, and craft cocktails.
The lounge covers two floors and more than 4,600 square feet. Upstairs has plush seating, high-top tables, and TVs for the game. Downstairs is quieter, with tucked-away seating and private cigar lockers for members. There's an elevator to the second floor.
It's 21 and up, and hours can run later on event nights. Call ahead or check their website before you go.
